What is the PİDEM Pİ’DAHA Program?
It is a loyalty program that entitles you to 1 Pidem and a 450 ml glass of Coca-Cola for every 5 Pidem you order. The Pidem and the Coca-Cola must be used at the same time. If the 450 ml Coca-Cola is not ordered, it will not be carried over to the next order. Beverage alternatives include 450 ml glasses of Coca-Cola, Fuse Tea, Fanta, 285 ml ayran, and water.
How do I become a member of the PİDEM PI'DAHA program? Do I need to fill out a form?
You don't need to fill out an extra form. *During or after becoming a member through our Online Channels, read and accept the "PI'DAHA Loyalty Program Membership Conditions" in the "My Membership Information" section of the "New Membership" page. Don't forget to select the channels you want to receive campaign information from. *Online Channels include our mobile site, mobile applications (iOS and Android), and our website."
How can I take advantage of the benefits of the PİDEM Order 5 for Get 1 Free program?
Our mobile apps (iOS and Android) provide benefits for orders placed while logged in as a member. You can check how many pides you need to earn a free pide on the Pi'daha page.
Can I earn a free Pide for orders I placed in the past?
No, from the date you accept the PI'DAHA Program membership conditions, you will be entitled to receive 1 free Pide on your 6th order following every 5 Pides ordered, even if the orders were placed on different days.
How long will I remain eligible to receive a free Pide?
The usage period for a free Pide is 90 days after the right to receive it has been acquired.
I earned a free Pide, but I didn't use it on my subsequent order. Do I still have the right to a free Pide?
Yes, you won't lose the right to a free Pide as long as you use it within 90 days of earning it. Once you've earned a free Pide, the counter will reset to start earning your next one.
I earned a free Pide, but I didn't use it on my next order. Do I lose the right to it?
No. You may receive your free Pide for Delivery or Takeaway orders placed through PIDEM Online channels within 90 days of earning it.
Can 2 free Pides be added to a cart in the same order?
No they may not.
If I don't eat 5 Pides with the Pİ’DAHA program, will they be reset? What's the validity period for the free pide?
Each Pide earned from PI'DAHA Delivery or Takeaway orders through PİDEM Online Channels will be valid for 90 days from the date of acquisition. If 90 days have passed since you earned a free Pide, you will lose the right to a free Pide.
Are free Pides available from every Pidem location?
Yes. You may order a free Pide from all PİDEM locations with Delivery or Takeaway orders across all PİDEM Online Channels.
Where, or which channels do I need to order from to take advantage of the benefits?
You can only take advantage of the right to benefits when you place an order by logging in via PİDEM's *Online Channels. *Online Channels: Our mobile site, mobile apps (iOS and Android), our website.
When my order is cancelled, will I be able to earn Pide from my canceled order?
No. You will not be able to earn a free pide on canceled orders. However, you will be able to continue earning pide from any subsequently completed orders.

What is the online credit card payment option?
Online credit card payment is a payment option offered by PİDEM. You can pay for your order online with your credit card, so you don't need to have your card physically present, and you won't need to pay at the door.
How can I pay online by credit card?
When you select the "Online Credit Card" option from the payment options on the order confirmation screen, you can complete your order by filling in your bank security information on the secure payment page.
